Please consider: all products experience regular wear and tear. The repairs team does not accept regularly worn out alpaca sweaters, socks, gloves, undergarments, footwear, or furniture. This is a free service operating in good faith, with the intention of extending the life of each garment. Please reflect on wether a product will be possible to fix, within reason, before initiating a repair request. Our sewers are highly skilled, but they are not master artisans - not every garment can be rescued. We do not guarantee any repairs or re-dyes to result in a garment that resembles a new product.
For repairs, pay only for the shipping to our HQ if you cannot bring it to one of our shop locations.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the work and our current backlog, and typically takes 6–12 weeks, including transit time.
For re-dyeing, a cost estimate will be provided based on the specifics of your IOAN product prior to bringing it to one of our shop locations or mailing it to IOAN HQ. For the time being, we are only re-dyeing indigo garments.
