Most items purchased from Industry of All Nations online can be exchanged or returned at any retail location.
Our Policy
Industry of All Nations is committed to manufacturing all sustainable goods in communities where processes and raw materials originate. Due to the nature of our productions based in different communities throughout the world - not made in one factory or through one single process, but those that represent the beautiful diversity of cultures - variations in sizing, care instructions, and finished product do occur. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of any items, please feel free to make a return or exchange.

Exchanges
We are happy to process domestic (US) exchanges free of charge. All exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of purchase.
Orders placed between Nov 27 - Dec 25, 2026 can be exchanged through Feb 15, 2027
Please use the link at the top of this page to begin an exchange. Using the provided label, exchange items can be placed into their original packaging, or any box or envelope.
Returns
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds. If the item is defective or if you received the wrong item we will process a return free of charge.
Domestic (US) shipping label costs will vary depending on shipping origin and the weight of your return, but are usually $6-10
Orders placed between Nov 27 - Dec 25, 2026 can be returned or exchanged through January 25, 2027

EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Commercial Use
Costume Department and Styling pulls must be coordinated in advance via press@industryofallnations.com - we reserve the right to cancel any orders not deemed for personal use. Unapproved commercial use is a violation of our Terms of Service and subject to denial of refund request.
